Welcome to The Best Academic Practice Model Districts For Black African Descendant Students Campaign. 

Our mission is to identify, document, acknowledge, and promote PreK-12 public schools where 50% or more of Black African Descendant Students are achieving proficiency on their state's annual reading/English language arts examination.
